Waiver, Terms, and Conditions

Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my safety and well-being while participating in any event, tour, or scavenger hunt offered by Pensacola History and Haunting Tours and Events and Amazing City Tours (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). I understand that these activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Walking in urban or uneven areas, possibly at night or in dim lighting.

  • Interaction with other participants and members of the public.

  • Challenges and tasks requiring physical movement or public engagement.

I acknowledge that during scavenger hunts or self-guided portions of activities, teams will not be supervised, and I am participating at my own risk. I will take reasonable precautions, such as obeying traffic rules, refraining from running, and adhering to all safety guidelines provided by the Company.

Health and Safety

I confirm that:

  • I am not under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substance that could impair my judgment.

  • I will comply with all local COVID-19 precautions, including social distancing, wearing a mask when required, and following public health guidelines.

Release of Liability

I willingly and knowingly assume, for myself and my heirs, family members, executors, administrators, and assigns, all risks associated with participating in Company activities. I agree to hold Pensacola History and Haunting Tours and Events and Amazing City Tours, their officers, employees, agents, partners, and volunteers harmless from any and all liability arising from my participation.

Photo and Video Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event, and I consent to their use by the Company for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on social media, websites, printed materials, and media coverage. I release the Company from liability for any claims related to the use of these materials.

Privacy Policy

At Pensacola History and Haunting Tours and Events and Amazing City Tours, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We collect and use customer data solely for business purposes such as booking, communication, and enhancing your experience. No Refunds Policy

All bookings are final, and the Company operates a no-refunds policy. Due to the logistical and operational costs associated with tours and events, we cannot offer refunds. Customers are encouraged to contact us for rescheduling options, subject to availability and terms.

As a female- and minority-owned business, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove participants who fail to adhere to these principles.

Assumption of Risk for Minors

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during tours or events unless otherwise specified.

Behavioral Expectations

Participants must respect all property, public spaces, and other attendees during activities. Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
